On The Sunny Side does not take responsibility for the welfare of the flowers once they have been delivered or once taken to a courier. If there is a problem please contact us and we will do our utmost to rectify any issues. We will leave the flowers in a safe, shady spot if no one is home if we cannot reach anybody by phone.
Changing the delivery address after the order has been made may result in additional costs.
Same day delivery is not guaranteed in Griffith if order is after 12pm. Order to Leeton, Yenda, Bilbul need to be before 11am or they may not arrive the same day.
Unfortunately at this stage we cannot deliver to farms .
For orders going to Hay, Hillston, Leeton, Lake Cargelligo we take steps to ensure delivery is successful and the flowers arrive fresh. We recommend sending a box of flowers to these places, especially in Summer. The flowers are put on a taxi courier truck and once we have passed them over it is out of our hands.
